Twenty-seven years of cutting and finishing the same way. The terms below have been the house standard since 1998 and apply to every atelier.
A 50% deposit secures your cloth and reserves a place in the cutting queue. The balance is due at final fitting. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac e-Transfer, and cash.
Once cut, cloth is yours. Cancellations after the first fitting forfeit the deposit; we hand over the cut cloth to you on request.
Four to six weeks from first measurement to final delivery. Rush service (three weeks) carries a 25% surcharge subject to atelier capacity. Wedding parties book four weeks ahead.
Free for the first six months from delivery. Pattern is kept on file for life, re-orders use the same pattern, refined as your fit evolves.
Quoted by the piece. Most jacket and trouser alterations turn around in three to five business days.
We collect what we need to fit you and confirm your booking, name, phone, email, measurements. We do not sell or rent client data. The booking form forwards directly to Peter at [email protected].
Bespoke garments are non-returnable, but we stand 100% behind every cut. Anything that fits incorrectly is re-fitted at no charge until it is right.
